What an easy salad to make. For personal preference I left out the salt, lemon juice and oil. This is a very flavourful salad and easy to make too. Thanks for the recipe.

I made this orzo salad to share with a friend for lunch. I easily halved all the ingredients to make a smaller salad. We liked it. I used olive oil instead of canola because I like the taste better. I enjoyed the taste of the fresh dill and was surprised by how well the pickles worked--i used cornichons from Trader Joe's. Thanks. Made for ZWT6 Zingo.

Nice salad, that really shouted with freshness! I loved the use of the cherry tomatoes here, and cut them in half using a plastic lid and serrated knife. The goodness with the pickles was interesting and good. Didn't use any salt because of the pickles, and feta. Great when it is really cold from the icebox. Yum!! Good! Made for ZWT 6 Zesties!

This is a really good lil' salad/rice dish. I used no salt and olive oil for the oil. My family did not care for the dill and thought the pickles were enough. Made for ZWT6.

Very easy and very tasty, using up pantry staples. I just cut up 2 medium-sized tomatoes as that's what I had on hand. Thanks.

Delicious salad! I halved the recipe with ease and cut the oil further back by another 1/2; it could handle even further cut back on oil, but I also like salads not so oily. I thought the pickles sounded a bit odd, but it really works in this salad. I thought about subing it for cucumber which would also have worked, but am glad that I added pickles. I mixed the oil, lemon juice, garlic, pepper (used very little salt due to the feta adds it's own salt) in a seperate bowl and tossed with the salad. Sprinkled with dill (I presumed the measurement is 1/4 cup, the recipe does not specify. Made for ZWT6 - Unrulies under the Influence!
