Perfect Barbecued Lamb Chops

"If you're not sure you like Lamb, try barbecuing it as it takes on a whole different flavor. My favorite marinade is very simple, and it is similar in taste to those petite lamb chops you get at the fancy Greek restaurants. Try this - you'll love it!"

ingredients

• 8 t-bone type lamb chops
• 1⁄4 cup olive oil
• 3 garlic cloves, crushed
• 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
• 1 pinch oregano
• salt and pepper

directions

1. Marinade Lamb Chops in remaining ingredients for an hour or two.
2. Barbecue on medium high BBQ grill till done to your preference- (3 minutes per side for medium).
3. Served with a Caesar salad and some steamed broccoli or asparagus is great.

I prepared this lamb Chops for a BBQ, It was very easy to prepare and didn't change a thing. I don't eat red meat so I asked my guest for a rating out of 5 on the flavours, one said 4/4.5 the other said 6. Thank you for your post Dug

You're right, I'm not crazy about lamb - but company brought some out to the cabin and this seemed easy (and it was) and it tasted great, so now I'm a believer - Thanks again.
