- 946.36 ml torn romaine lettuce
- 439.41 g can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 16 grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, chopped and peeled
- 113.39 g sliced mushrooms
- 59.14 ml thinly sliced red onion
- 12 coarsely chopped pitted kalamata olives
- 14.79-29.58 ml dried oregano
- 59.14 ml low-fat Italian salad dressing
- 113.39 g crumbled feta cheese with dried basil and tomato
directions
- Combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl. Toss gently.
- Add dressing and cheese just before serving.
- Toss gently and serve.
