      Apples and turkey go together so well. I made the salad and just threw it on top of some mixed greens - no alfalfa sprouts around. I had only dried rosemary, and I m sure the fresh would have been ever so much better. I think I will try some lovage with this, too. A little sharp counterpoint would work well with this.

      Great side dish. Very VERY tasty, and well enjoyed for dinner tonight. A great way to use up leftover turkey. Used the granny smith apple over the pear. Great recipe. Made for PRMR tag.

      The fresh herbs in this really make it a special salad. This made a nice light lunch and I served it on lettuce leaves without alfalfa sprouts. Thanks Sharon!
