Yum! I sprinkled with a little fresh lemon after grilling.

Excellent recipe! We marinated the meat for 9 hours and grilled it on the small grill out back for about 30 mins. The meat came out delicious! My entire family loved this recipe and your tzatziki! It has been officially added to the "make this at least once a month" list.

This was very good. I put the meat on a cookie sheet with sides and put it in the oven under the broiler, draining off the extra liquid. I can't wait to try it with chicken or shrimp. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you! I loved it! The marinade was great! I don't have a grill, I just have a George foreman; but I doubled the recipe, (2 tenderloins were not going to fit there). Instead, I pan-fried them and then baked them for 15 mins at 450 degrees. I know it doesn't quite compensate for the grill, but with such a good flavor who cares how you make it!

My mouth is watering! This is on my list to try this week. It looks very low maintenance. I can't wait. I'll be back with a review. And the photos are great!

Marvelous! I put the meat and marinade into a freezer container, froze it, and then thawed. It was great for making ahead. We grilled some uncooked flour tortillas to go with the Pork, and served it with Tzatziki and traditional hummus on the side. This was a wonderful, satisfying dinner.

This was just delicious! It was also my first time making this dish and it was easy. I especially loved heating up the pitas ~ it really makes the dish. I made the recipe as psoted and I marinated the pork for several hours. I served with Evelyn's Tzatziki and The Ultimate Greek Salad. Thanks so much for a wonderful dinner!

Wow! This is by far the best Souvlaki recipe. I used pork, and was only able to marinate for 4 hours, but the flavor was excellent. This recipe will definitely be used again! Thanks, Evelyn!

I made this on Saturday and it was just delicious. Tasted better than the S.I. Greek Festival sandwiches. The meat was tasty and tender. Evelyn, we all love your tzatziki and make it often. Thanks again for another great recipe.

Fantastic! I made these for my son's 1st birthday party. I cubed some ny strip steak, threaded them onto bamboo skewers and put this in the fridge to marinate overnight.I then grilled them right before the party started. There was not one morsel left and I had many guests ask for the recipe. The worcestshire sauce really makes a great addition. Thanks for a recipe we are sure to repeat!

Ev, my first 5 star review. I followed the recipe to a T, except I had to use wheat pita bread. Bryan has requested to have this made at least once a week and did his little great food dance at the table.(That means there is nothing better than this.)Thanks for another great recipe.

This is a great recipe to have on hand. I used chicken and beef and marinated both overnight. The meat cubes were delightful - tender and flavorful. Served with your Tzatziki. Thanks for sharing!

This is the best souvlaki EVER! It tates just like the ones I had from the street corners of Athens just like Evelyn says. Outstanding authentic flavor. My husband was doing a happy dance the whole time he was eating it. Evelyn's tzatzki recipe is to die for as well!
