Very good recipe. I only marinated the tenderloin pieces for about 5 hours and it had plenty of flavour. I think the addition of Worcestershire sauce does add great flavour. I served with pita, red onion, tomato, lettuce and tzatziki. On the side, we had greek salad and roasted greek potatoes.

I made this for lunch today after marinating the pork cubes 24 hours. The flavor is wonderful and the meat was tender. I cooked the skewers on an indoor contact grill so it was a quick to prepare meal as well. This is definitely a keeper!

I made this for a huge Greek party--it was a hit. I used lamb rather than pork and added feta cheese as a topping. Thanks for posting.

This was just wonderful. It's snowing like crazy here so I used my counter-top rotisserie and it came out perfect. I lightly oiled the pitas with olive oil and heated them up in a non-stick skillet, then wrapped in foil and kept them warm in the oven till serving time. I made it with chicken breast....we can't wait to try it with pork. The picky daughter gobbled it, even used the tzatziki sauce, I was floored!! Thanks Ev for all your terrific Greek recipes (I also made your tzatziki sauce).

Absolutely delicious! We made this with beef and chicken and it turned out wonderful. Will definitely make it again. Thanks for a great recipe for my Greek feast night.

I made this for dinner last night and the entire family loved it, loved it, loved it! I ended up marinating the meat for almost two days, which only made it more tender and flavourful! I used your Tzatziki recipe(#59336) and it, too, was fabulous! This is definately a keeper.

My husband loved it! He said it tasted better then the one he eats at the restaurant. I am so glad. I just substituted Worcester sauce for Hot sauce and it was excellent. Thank you.

This was so tastey! I only marinated the chicken (following the ingredient list, but scaling down to 2/3) for about 3 hours, and will marinate for a full day next time. I broiled the chicken for lack of a grill. Rather than broiling bite sized pieces on skewers, I did them in strips and sliced into smaller pieces for serving. The chicken wasn't a terribly strong flavor, but it blended so very well with all the fixings! For fixings, I used roasted pepper hummus spread on the warmed pita, along with lettuce, cucumber, tomato wedges, sliced Greek olives, crumbled feta, lemon juice and a little tzatziki. That was one full pita, as you can tell by the pics. The foil tip was extremely useful and I'm sure it'll be a wonderful plate saver when serving this dish for company. Thank you for the amazing Greek food experience!

We had these tonight as part of a "Greek Feast" dinner. I used chicken (without the worcestershire)and pork (with the worcestershire) - both meats marinated all day before being barbecued. Served with all the extra bits (except with hummus instead of tzatziki). Definitely a big hit here!! Lots of flavour and quick to cook as well (bonus!). Thanks evelyn/athens for a yummy meal.
