So yummy! Went light on the sauce so I didn't have the problem with toppings sliding off but could still taste the alfredo perfectly. Didn't use avocado. Also put the veggies on under the mozzarella cheese. Looks a little neater, but that's just aesthetics.
This was a really nice pizza. I liked the avacado on it, although I thought it was "different". It surprisingly turned out to be a very nice combination of flavour. Thanks for posting. I will certainly make this again!
I enjoyed this combination. I didn't use avocado, and I added some slices of pepperoncini and some kalamata olives. I probably only used about 1/2 cup of the alfredo sauce, and even that was quite rich tasting - when it was hot my husband had a hard time with all the toppings sliding right off the crust, so I may play around a bit with the sauce next time - but the flavor was great and it was quite pretty to look at. Thanks!
