This was delicious! I paired with shrimp & veggie kabobs using Asian Shrimp Basting and Dipping Sauce for a Voracious Appetite. Together they made a quick to prep lunch & I know I'll be making this salad again. Made for ZWT6.

This is delicious. I really didn't measure anything except the dressing ingredients. Kalamata olives were used as were fresh garden tomatoes and garden fresh Greek oregano. Greek feta was used.

If I could give this salad more then 5 stars, I definitely would! If you ever meet Stephen tell him thanks for sharing his recipe with you for me! I cooked up some chicken for a dish we were having for dinner and had a small split breast left over, so I added it to my salad. I'm having the salad for lunch again today but without chicken. Oh, and I love the fact the DH and kids do not like kalamata olives or feta cheese, so I can have Stephen's Greek Salads all to my self :D This is one time I rated something solo! (families opinion did not count)

MMMMMMMM!!!! Very delicious, flavorful salad. We loved this! I followed the recipe exact except I used pitted kalamata olives (personal preference). I halved the recipe since it was just dh & I but I was wishing I had made more!!! This one is a keeper! Thanks Leslie, and thanks to Stephen whoever you are!

You are teasing, aren't you? You know who Stephen is, and you are bundling him up to send him to me in Australia, right? This salad does rock! I made half a batch of salad and a double batch of dressing because I figured it must be good for other uses. I am so right. I think you could use this flavour-packed dressing to marinate diced feta cheese, whole button mushrooms or basic olives (any colour), and I will try any or all of these. As an aside and as hard as it was to wait, I think the four-hour refrigeration is important -- we noticed a huge difference in taste between the making and the serving. Also, I used Greek dodoni feta -- have no idea what Canadian feta tastes like.
