  • Mix marinade ingredients in food processor or with immersion blender.
  • Add water until the consistancy is about that of maple syrup.
  • Place with chicken in plastic bag, remove air, marinate overnight.
  • Grill or broil chicken until tender.
  • Allow to cool and chop in to bite sized chunks Mix dressing ingredients in food processor or with immersion blender.
  • Add water until the consistancy is about that of maple syrup.
  • Combine chicken, oilves, pasta, fresh oregano and toss.
  • Add desired amount of dressing while tossing.
  • Adjust seasoning and Garnish with more fresh oregano.

  1. Delicious and far easier to make than the list of ingredients might imply. Only change I made was to cut the lemon juice in half for the dressing. The chicken in this recipe is just outstanding.
     
  2. Definite Greek flavours, very tasty! I actually used pork, it is also used for souvlaki, so perfectly acceptable here and turned out fantastic.
     
  3. Yum!! I agree - far easier to make than the long ingredient list implies. I used much less lemon and much more garlic. I didn't know if it should be served hot or cold. It is good both ways!
