Wow, this is great, even with "in a hurry/lazy" changes. I used canned olives and mushrooms, & 1 small hot pepper that I found in the back of the freezer. Then threw everything (except bread) into food processor and hit pulse a few times. We even took this to a fancy schmancy gourmet group, and they loved it.

Am not a big fan of this kind of finger food, but some friends of mine are, so I decided to make it for them! They loved it, & I have to admit that it really was pretty good [even good enough to make several times since then!]! I was going to give it 4 stars, but my insistant friends said, "No, way, man! It's OUTSTANDING!" So..... Thanks for the post!

This was great. Everyone who had some is asking me for the recipe. I accidentally bought crumbled feta and sliced pepperoncinis, so I decided to go with the chopped theme and sliced the olives too. This way we were able to scoop the ingredients up onto the bread, which was very good. But next time I think I'll try to make it exactly as stated because I like the "finger food" idea.

This was a huge hit at the neighborhood potluck party to which I took it! I added some lemon olives as well as kalamata olives and had 4 roasted peppers. Served with both a french baguette and a seeded one. It was consumed enthusiastically, and down to the last drop of the yummy seasoned oil. Super easy to make--you just throw it all together. :-)

I love antipasto salads and this one is delicious! I plan on making another batch for a party I'm having. I used anchovy stuffed olives and threw in some pepperoni slices. Nice dish. Thanks.
