Loved this! Despite my initial skepticism of the parsley in a drink I really felt it was a great, refreshing drink and it was beautiful as well. Mine came out quite a bit darker than the pic posted, and I actually split the parsley mix between 2 glasses before topping with the club soda. I do think you can get away with a little less sugar in this if you don't want a very sweet drink.

I have to say I had reservations while preparing this drink. It is not very attractive in the blender. Staining it made all the difference. :) It was actually much nicer than I anticipate. Very fresh and refreshing. It is 84 degrees this afternoon and this hits the spot! I made a small change. Rather than use sugar and then club soda I skipped the sugar and used 7UP. Thank you for posting! Made on behalf of the Looney Spoon Phoodies for ZWT6

Not exactly my cup of tea, but still an interesting libation. I guess I should have been juicing up all kinds of veggies to drink, in order to keep a little healthy, but I didn't! I'm sure this would go over well to someone who was used to drinking veggies. Thnx for sharing your recipe, BakinBaby. Made for the Voracious Vagabonds of ZWT 6.
