  • Mix the oil and vinegar together.
  • Place the watermelon, feta and onion in a bowl and toss the dressing through.

  1. Watermelon salad is one of my favorites. It’s simple & to the point! I used balsamic vinegar & topped it with balsamic glaze. Perfect!!
     
  2. Admittedly leery of this salad but curiosity won out over skepticism. I am glad it did. I used a Mediterranean herb feta and added cilantro on accident. We like cilantro and it went well with the other flavors. The type of vinegar was not specified so I used red wine vinegar. Give this a try! It is tasty.

  4. Refreshingly delish! I `ve been making a version of this for years. So wonderful in the summer. A healthy salad that is easily put together. I did add pepper and chopped fresh mint. Using red wine vinegar. Champagne vinegar is great is this if you have it! Made for ZWT 6. Thanks.
