  1. Not our favorite. I felt it was missing something, I thought about adding the cayenne as others had written but we dont typically enjoy very spicy foods either. My picky daughter did not like the cinnamon. I will say it was very easy to make, thats why the 3 stars. I served over rice with peas.

  2. My husband gave this recipe 4 stars but I think it's a 5 star! I did what Lubie did and added some cayenne pepper to spice it up. I served it with whole grain noodles. I will make this again. Thanks for sharing!

  3. I could not believe how tasty this turned out with so few ingredients (and only one spice; no added salt)! Super easy and fast. I was nervous smelling all that cinnamon (a spice my family is not used to in savory dishes), but the result is quite subtle. My super pick son ate every bite, so this is definitely a keeper. I thought 3 lbs of chicken might be overkill, but I no longer think so.

  4. WOW! This was a great meal. The cinnamon gave it a very distinct flavor that we really enjoyed. The best part about it was how easy it is!! I added some cayenne paper to give it a little kick but was afraid it would clash with the cinnamon, but it turns out that they meshed very well together. I'll add more next time. Also, I added some "flour paste" to the sauce for the last five minutes of cooking to thicken it a bit. We served it over linguine. We will definitely be making this one again and again! Thanks Diggy!

  5. Yummy and quick! We loved the cinnamon taste. I browned the chicken in a little butter and served it with rice and steamed cauliflower. Great! Thanks Diggy, I will make this again!
